"womanhood should be celebrated - in style -
no matter what age, size and shape" (c)
There's always a time for change!

RoseMary's NoteBook (c) has for the past 17 years
been advocating self-acceptance of and for women, no matter what age, size or shape.  Originating in Australia, the NoteBook as it has become known, now has readers in countries all around the world.

Women who are deemed to be "plus-size" have embraced the notion that being a larger than petite person means nothing more than that!   Women who are very short or small in stature are encouraged to see themselves from a different perspective too!

Aging too takes on many different guises, and many women need encouragement during this time of adaptation to life-changes.

One of the major points I have always encouraged women to seriously think about, is that we must look at ourselves as women first and foremost. The fact that many of us live in bodies that are aging, are termed "plus-size" or else very small, is quite irrelevant to what, and who we are.   And importantly who we can become.

Up until now RoseMary's NoteBook (c) has been available via email in pdf format.   However, I am giving serious consideration to making it available via the internet. This decision will be based entirely on feedback I receive from readers and potential readers.

If you would like to subscribe to RoseMary's NoteBook (c) in its present form, then please email me today!
